4. Revise requirements for output (secondary) circuit insulation

5. Revise Leakage Current Test requirements

6. Clarify Rain Test requirements

7. Clarify Immersion Test requirements

8. Editorial revisions to Short Circuit Test in Section 44

9. Clarify marking requirements for power units

10. Simplification of luminaire markings in Clause 56

11. Clarification of Abnormal Operations Test for tungsten halogen luminaires in Clause 62

12. Revisions to Pond and Small Decorative Fountain Luminaires and Fittings in Part 4
