This bulletin proposes the following clarifications in the requirements:

1. Clause 19.110DV.1.1 would indicate the branch-circuit protective device used during the limited short-circuit test to be the type the motor-compressor manufacturer specifies.

2. The overheating and overload protection devices would have to comply with the applicable component standards.

3. Deletion of inch-pound equivalent units.

4. Deletion of the reference to clause 13.3DV.1.3 for the production line dielectric voltage requirement.

5. Editorial correction to 13.3DV.
