SUMMARY OF TOPICS

This bulletin proposes the following changes in requirements:

1. Permit outdoor-use unit substations to be provided with Type 3RX enclosures.

2. Allow secondary conductors of a three-phase delta-delta transformer with a 3-wire (single-voltage) secondary to be protected solely by the primary overcurrent protection of the transformer under certain conditions.
